Auckland, New Zealand
Leading eInvoicing specialist Link4 has expanded its New Zealand operations, opening an Auckland office and appointing three locally based team members to support the rapid acceleration of eInvoicing across government and enterprise supply chains.
The expansion reflects growing demand driven by New Zealand Government eInvoicing initiatives, including faster five-day payments for suppliers using eInvoicing, and increased adoption by large organisations seeking efficiency, compliance, and improved cash flow.
Link4 has appointed:
- Melanie Stephens, Business Development Manager
- Ariana Souza, Business Development Executive
- Rick Finlayson, Presales Engineer
All three roles are based in Auckland and focused on supporting New Zealand organisations transitioning to Peppol-based eInvoicing.
Robin Sands, CEO of Link4, said the move underlines the company’s long-term commitment to the New Zealand market.
“New Zealand has been an important market for Link4 since 2017, and this investment reflects both our confidence in the market and the increasing momentum behind eInvoicing,” Sands said.
“For years, Link4 has recognised that having a local team on the ground means New Zealand businesses and government agencies can work directly with people who understand local requirements, procurement processes, and the practical realities of implementing eInvoicing.”
Supporting government policy and supplier cash flow
Link4 has supported New Zealand customers since 2017 and works closely with organisations adopting Peppol eInvoicing to improve invoice accuracy, reduce processing costs, and accelerate payments. For suppliers, the government’s five-day payment commitment for eInvoices has become a compelling incentive to modernise billing processes.
“Cash flow matters, particularly for government suppliers,” Sands said.
“Five-day payments are a game-changer, but only if organisations have the right systems in place. That’s where we see strong demand for practical, compliant eInvoicing solutions backed by local expertise.”
Local team, global experience
The new Auckland team brings experience across enterprise software, pre-sales engineering, and business development, supporting Link4’s growing customer base across both public and private sectors.
Unlike many eInvoicing providers operating remotely from offshore, Link4’s New Zealand investment provides customers with direct access to local specialists, supported by the company’s broader Asia-Pacific operations.
