Australian QBO users now have access to true e-invoicing from Intuit’s AppCenter. Link4 is an add-on that works simply with QuickBooks Online.

Electronic Invoicing (or e-invoicing) means automating the Accounts receivable & Accounts payable processes. Now with Link4, you can send an invoice and your customer will receive your invoice via their Accounting software instantly. Not just that, you will be able to easily track the invoice progress.

E-invoicing is more than just sending an invoice via fax or email. Cloud Accounting systems can speak to each other through Link4 which speeds the invoice cycle and provides a greater level of business intelligence for business owners.

Customers need to reduce data entry of physical invoices, as it is time-consuming and can be inaccurate.

Using Link4, you will be able to receive purchase bills from your suppliers delivered inside QBO without emails, PDFs or data entry. Book a demo now to see Link4 in action.

Suppliers want their invoices delivered & processed faster.

This means invoices can be created in QBO and delivered directly to the recipient, instantly. An email with a PDF is also sent, but the data entry time for a customer on the Link4 network is almost non-existent.

Businesses receive thousands of invoices each year which consumes hours of time in data entry. Some bookkeepers and small business owners use scanning apps to capture their invoices. Unfortunately, this only provides 70% accuracy and needs to be double-checked to ensure it’s error-free. Sending an invoice from QBO direct to the customer’s Accounting system negates this issue.

As of now, QuickBooks users in Australia are able to streamline their Accounts payables and Accounts receivables using Link4.

The main Cloud Accounting systems in use by Australian businesses are currently connected through the Link4 network. This includes, Xero, MYOB Essentials, MYOB AccountRight, Reckon One, Reckon Hosted, Saasu, Sage One and of course, QBO.

Simply start by signing up to Link4 from Intuit’s AppCenter.
