Link4 Establishes UAE Presence to Support the Next Phase of eInvoicing

Link4 has officially established a local presence in the United Arab Emirates, marking an important step in supporting organisations across the region as they prepare for the next phase of digital invoicing.

With a new office in Dubai and local staff on the ground  –  including Sam Hassan, Chief Technology Officer at Link4, based in the UAE  –  the company is now operating across Multiple Countries, combining regional insight with global experience. This expansion reflects a long-term commitment to working closely with businesses, partners, and regulators as the UAE’s eInvoicing landscape continues to evolve.

A Growing Regional Presence

The UAE office strengthens Link4’s ability to engage locally, understand market-specific requirements, and support organisations navigating regulatory change with confidence. Having senior technical leadership on the ground enables closer collaboration with customers and partners, faster decision-making, and solutions designed with regional realities in mind.

Hassan added “Establishing a local presence in the UAE is a major step for Link4. With our team on the ground in Dubai, we can work more closely with customers, partners and stakeholders to help organisations prepare for the next phase of eInvoicing, turning compliance requirements into scalable, automated invoicing processes.”

Bringing the Community Together

To mark this milestone, Link4 recently hosted its first in-person eInvoicing event in the UAE, bringing together finance, technology, and business leaders to discuss the the UAE’s eInvoicing program and regulatory rollout plan and what it means in practice for large enterprises.

Led by Hassan, the session focused on clarity, readiness, and practical considerations  –  creating space for meaningful discussion rather than sales conversations. The strong turnout and engagement highlighted the growing importance of early preparation and shared learning across the ecosystem.

Looking Ahead

As the UAE moves toward nationwide eInvoicing, Link4 will continue to invest locally  –  supporting organisations not only with compliance, but with smarter, more connected invoicing processes that deliver long-term operational value.

With teams now present across multiple regions and leadership embedded locally, Link4 remains focused on working alongside customers, partners, and policymakers to support a smooth and sustainable transition to digital invoicing.
