True e-Invoicing Now Available to MYOB User

Posted by Sam Hassan on 08/11/2016

Link4 Australia is proud to announce the availability of Link4 to MYOB users.

Businesses receive thousands of invoices each year which consumes time just data entering. Or maybe you use a scanning app or software that only gives you 70% accuracy.

  • Suppliers want their invoices delivered & processed faster.
  • Customers need to reduce data entry of physical invoices, as it is time-consuming and inaccurate.

Companies are seeking to address competitive pressures with cost-efficiencies and improved visibility into their financial performance. Back-office functions are areas in which significant cost-efficiencies can be achieved through the automation of routine, administrative tasks. Many organisations have streamlined and digitised functions like procurement but fewer have optimised Accounts payable.

From today, MYOB AccountRight and MYOB Essentials users will be able to streamline their Accounts payables and receivables using Link4.

This means invoices can be created in Essentials or AccountRight and delivered directly to the recipient, instantly. An email with a PDF is also sent, but the data entry time for a customer on the Link4 network is almost non-existent.

The 6 main Cloud Accounting systems in use by Australian businesses are currently connected through the Link4 network. This includes Xero, QBO, Reckon One, Saasu, Sage One and of course, MYOB.

Simply start by signing up for Link4 from the MYOB Marketplace.

There is nothing to install. No lock-in contracts. Just a simple and easy way to reduce costs with true e-Invoicing.
