As PDF invoices are being intercepted and altered more frequently, eInvoicing is a much safer way for invoices to be sent. Additionally, it is more efficient, better for the environment and in real-time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this instance, the Treasury will be able to receive invoices instantly from anyone sending via the Peppol network. These invoices will be paid within 5 business days. Therefore, any business (including SMEs) will increase its cash flow as they can receive payment the week the invoice is created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIt is pleasing to see the Australian Government adopt eInvoicing as we know this helps Australia\u2019s small businesses get paid faster,\u201d noted Kate Carnell, Small Business Ombudsman. \u201cWe are also pleased that Treasury has chosen a smart Australian SME to do this work.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Link4 was selected as they have a solid track record of successfully supplying eInvoicing services to Australian businesses since 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are thrilled to connect the Treasury to the Peppol network,\u201d noted Link4 CEO, Robin Sands. \u201cMany businesses are facing tough times right now, and helping to increase their cash flow will be well-received.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Link4 is an Access Point for TechnologyOne users to benefit from the Peppol network.
