Peppol is a global set of standards and specifications that supports organisations securely sending and receiving transaction information between their Accounting systems and that of their clients\\suppliers through encrypted transmission and cross-border exchange of business documents electronically (Cross Border Procurement).<\/p>

In 2021, the New Zealand Government mandated the use of Peppol eInvoicing for all central government agencies by 31 March 2022.<\/p>

How does <\/span><\/span>Link4 <\/span><\/span>eInvoicing (Peppol) work?<\/span><\/span><\/h3><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

eInvoicing through the Peppol Network occurs through a four-corner model, where the customer and supplier (corners 1 and 4) use different \u2018Access Point\u2019 providers (corners 2 and 3) to exchange eInvoices.<\/p>

Link4 is a Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment (MBIE) accredited Access Point provider. Both purchaser and supplier have their own \u2018Peppol ID\u2019 which connects them to the Peppol network.
